    Cool suzy's been busy

I heard she is going before the FEI to try to get approval for a new equestrian event. Velvet's riding shotgun.

Love the "Cotton-Eyed Joe" . I can imagine my sister and I attempting something like this...30 years ago .
LarkspurCO: no horse's training is complete until it can calmly yet expressively perform GP in stadium filled w/chainsaw juggling zombies riding unicycles while flying monkeys w/bottle rockets...

Reminds me a little of canine agility-- with skater as dog. Such fun-- IF you can do it. Just WOW!

Well, yes, it is very exciting. Thanks for posting it, NHWR. Velvet and I didn't want to post it because we're just so painfully modest as you know and didn't want to be tooting our own horns.

I dont understand. Suzy are you the one in skates?

Hmmmm, run this by FEI and let me know cause I do have a pair still and would only ask that you demand a couples and backwards skate as well.

    DJ'd of course.

Suzy is actually the blithering tourist with the ridiculously large camera that blunders into shot at 1:11 lingers for a full two seconds then disappears yet later claims all credit for the performance.

OMG! Yep...this has to be approved for the next WEG in Normandy. Love it! (although my heart was racing a mile a second...that is some braveness!)

Yup, that's me in all of my blithering, lingering, blundering glory. You always have such a nice way of stating things, Fiona.

Obviously, I do. After all, we only recently learned in MM's recent thread that you do get your overweight (after all, not) butt out of your armchair to ride, etc. High time we found out the full extent of your activities (not to mention fitness level) so we can use the information to fuel Velvet roasts and other potentially nourishing activities.

Besides, I really would like to know who these people are, if there are others pursuing this sport.... It IS amazing-- and I see potential for attracting a whole new demographic (including numbers of athletic young males) to horse sports-- just imagine: skateboarding, hotdogging... with literal horse power, team play. And just imagine the hoards of bloodthirsty spectators it could attract.
