Coming over from eventer world to see if anyone here can help. I have a used Passier Antares on trial right now, and I wa surprised at how lightweight it seems. It's significantly lighter than my Passier Precision jump saddle. Does anyone know if the Antares has a different type of tree? I'be been buying Passier because the Schleese fitter that comes to my barn said she could adjust them... And there's no way I can afford Schleese! She did wonders with my jump saddle last week, but said my old drrssage saddle had to go. I won't be able to have her look at this saddle before the trial is up, since she was in town last week. It seems to be a decent fit, and I'll have my trainer take a look on Monday... But I would like to be sure it can be adjusted as necessary. If this has some lighter-weight synthetic tree, I'm more worried... But I'm admittedly ignorant about trees! So anybody have experience with the Passier Antares?
