I swear, sometimes I feel cooking is like a Dressage test, you work and slave over a certain recipe to get it just perfect and then eagerly await the comments from the 'judges' to see how it turned out, what could be approved upon, where your hard work has paid off; and a overall general scoring.*

Once you feel you have conquered it, only then is it time to move on to the next and repeat!..

*Heck, I guess us horse lovers will find horses anywhere... And I think I just earned myself a blue ribbon for my chicken curry!!!!!!
