Default Suggestions for floor feeder containers?

Currently using "normal" round feeders that you can attach feed saver ring to, but looking for something different that I can use to:

    Feed off the floor
    Hang outside stall between feedings

What do you guys use? Also tried shallow rubber pans, I like them but they won't hang on the wall outside the stall.

Fasten the rubber feed pan to a 2.5' x 2.5' piece of plywood and fasten a hanging ring to one corner or along one side. You can then hang it and it will be 'flip proof' when lying on the floor of the stall.

I was actually thinking about drilling holes in the rubber and using leather strips similar to shoe laces on one side. So far I haven't had any "flipping" problems but you never know. Thanks for your comments. Keep'em coming!

Yes, easy to drill holes through rubber feed pans (I ve done it through rubber tires to tie them to the fence.)
A friend told me I was delusional. I almost fell off my unicorn.

You can get the deep black rubber feed pans with hooks for snaps.

CR750-3 here and here is a better shot of it.

For sale here along with various other places.

Exactly how do you train your horse to leave the hay inside

I don't use feed pans for hay. Hay goes in old tractor tires, outside, or hung up in small-mesh nets, also outside. My horses would toss it out of a tubtrug and on the ground in 5 seconds flat.
