Default photo added! :) my very FIRST pony has taken residence in my widdle ghetto barn.....

well, I know I'll hear 'photo!', but...had to share (until photo is loaded) that my very first horse has taken residence in the little barn for real! Ok....so I was born in 1958 (uh, today, actually)....and MY first pony was one of those spring rocking horses.....probably from Sears and Robuck?....my mom says for some reason? I called him Buhdo. (gimme a break, guys, I was 1 and a half?) Anyway...wore the paint off him rockin his nose to the ground, and rocking back to his flowing plastic tail to the ground on the opposite arc. Horses were forever to be my future after riding Buhdo (Booooo Doh) across all the prairies I could dream up. When I positioned the corner armoir in the barn to be my tack box...I knew.....I wanted to put something above it....in a decoration way.....Buhdo is flying again across any dreamscape! FIRST pony is hanging over the tack armoir, racing to our next adventure.....LOVE IT!

Awww, how sweet. And happy birthday to you both! I still have my first pony too, and we're about the same age. Here's a photo from way back in time.

I can garner from my mom to see???? if there is any pix of me ON 'Buhdo' . that would be sooo cool to have/add/keep in barn as well ! thanks for the Birthday wishes! Its special for me to be here at 'home' with mom.....gorgeous day, with gorgeous dogwood, azaleas, wisteria, irises, etc...all in bloom!

    Happy birthday!

How neat, to have some stuff from when you were a little kid, especially your own pony.

That one in the pictures is a real beauty!

You must have evented him based on that bright red saddle pad and bridle! Hope he enjoys his retirement!
