Default Do you think i should get this Pessoa saddle?

    Hi,
I was on CL looking at saddles (Don't know why, I already HAVE a saddle) and I saw a Pessoa close contact saddle, http://worcester.craigslist.org/grd/3763278558.html which is a much nicer saddle then I have now (I have a Camelot Excella). Its around an hour and a half away from me.
Does anyone know if this is some new, cheaper quality type of Pessoa?
And if anyone wants it feel free

It's an older one. Pre 2003. It's not worth much because it's plain flapped so resale is almost nil. If you don't care, then these are lovely saddles.

Older ones are better built than newer ones!

If I was looking at a new saddle, I would get this one in a heart beat, especially at this price.

If you keep your eye out, you can get some screaming good deals on Pessoas online these days. I've seen a bunch lately - and yes, if they are plain flapped, you can buy them for a song.

    check out this one:

    http://portland.craigslist.org/clc/grd/3739760541.html

It will be narrow by modern standards. It will have a knee block that follows the whole front of the sweat flap, but is thing. At least that's how I remember these. They were going strong in the early 1990s. They are made well and with good materials.
