    Default My Schnauzer, My Pharmacist

My schnauzer was getting to where she just could not hear. I took her to the vet, who said her ears were just too full of hair. The vet said, "Now, I can charge you an arm and a leg to clip out all this hair, but what I recommend is that you go to the drugstore and ask your pharmacist for some Nair hair removal creme and just put some on the inside of your schnauzer's ears."
So I went to the drugstore and asked the pharmacist for some Nair. He said, "If you are going to put it on your underarms, then wait two or three days before you use any deodorant."
I said, "I'm not going to put it on my underarms."
He said, "If you're going to put it on your legs, then wait two or three days before you put on any moisturizer."
I said, "I'm not going to put it on my legs. If you must know, I'm going to put it on my schnauzer."
The pharmacist just looked at me and said, "Then wait two or three days before you ride your horse."

I don't think Nair or any other chemical depilatory is a good idea. Especially if you want to ride your Schnauzer in the next couple of days. I love that pharmacist though.

Thank you, chestnutmarebeware! It is a COTH reward to actually make someone snort coffee through their nose! I have been wanting to achieve that status for ages!

(Sorry about the "hot", though. Really.)
