    Default Gone again???

I thought it was reincarnated as Definitelt Dressage, but I've been getting an error page for the last few days. Is it gone again or did I miss the boat?

Default no its the ultimate dressage bb

Deanna, who started the Definitely Dressage site took over the old UDBB, and is going to simply discontinue the DDBB

it is running well, and lots of old timers who got blocked out in a technical difficulty a while ago, are back

IMO it has a nice new flavor. It seems much more relaxed. For example, there's a thread updating a poster's cow pony -a horse that sorts cows, trail rides, and does dressage. The thread was quickly populated by like minded others -with horses that do it all (and I mean all). There are other places in the forum for cross training and multi-tasking horses and riders.

    I like it alot.

    Thanks!

I like the board too - good moderating and a good vibe. Not to mention good discussion.

Yes, Clanter, and not to mention the excellent "Cross-training: Driving, Endurance, Western" http://www.ultimatedressage.com/foru...wforum.php?f=2

    category full of great discussions.

And also of course, forums for dressage clinics attended, dressage shows attended, etc.

    A really nice flavor.

This is correct. I gave a couple of weeks notice on DefinitelyDressage and then closed the site (which allowed me to recoup some, but not all, of the money I spent in starting DDBB). I could see no point in running two similar bulletin boards, which is why I made that decision.

No, Mark sold it to Chris Vinson (a fellow Canadian), and Chris invited me to take over full administrative/moderation management of UDBB effective mid-April 2013.

ETA: I'm "Deanna", formerly DJD (on UDBB)
