I used to think the the remake of "The Champ" with Ricky Schroeder was the ultimate in movies that make you cry. I don't think my eyes were dry the entire movie. Then I saw one that was even worse but I can't recall the name of it, and surprisingly it wasn't an animal movie. I'm pretty sure it wasn't Terms of Endearment
In other words, almost any movie where an animal dies. I cry hysterically then will never, ever watch that movie again. I try very hard to learn ahead of time what happens to the animals, and will not watch a movie if cruelty to, or death of an animal is involved.

Marley and Me...and that was before I had my own dogs! (one of which tragically died) and one of which I have now. I don't think I can ever watch it again, lol. Not a movie, but the book "Where the Red Fern Grows". We had to read that in group reading in class, and I barely could keep it together, and that was when I was 10! Everybody cried reading that book, even the teacher, who must have read it hundreds of times.
