    You know with her great marketing ideas, those are great ideas, an animal rescue would also be very lucky to get her as a volunteer to increase donations and whatnot... just a thought.

    Yes, I think she would enjoy volunteering out at a rescue as well, the closest horse rescue I see is Eagle Hill Equine Rescue - looks like they take in nurse mare foals. A crop of baby horses would make anyone smile. I will call tomorrow and see if they can use a pair of hands. I really like the idea of getting her into rescue/adoption type work as I bet it will help her see the big picture. Great idea!

    Perhaps your daughter would enjoy helping senior horses? Check out Traveller's Rest Equine Elders Sanctuary (TREES) in Spotsylvania (who, incidentally, posted in the thread above - see Post #2). I bet they'd love to have her join their volunteer force.
