Default Question re: Researching Holsteiner mare stamms

Let us say one owns a mare whose grandsire is a Holsteiner. How would one determine what mare family this Holsteiner is from? Stallion was born in Holstein, imported to US and was AHHA approved.

    TIA

Thank you for your response Reece. For some reason my in box is under the advertising on the right hand side of this page and I can't read your message clearly. Can't fix the glitch either. Would you mind reposting the stamm number in this thread?

    Thank you!

When you pull up a pedigree at http://www.horsetelex.com the Stamm is listed on the top left just above the pedigree. Others may be able to speak to the accuracy of this website but when I added my mare her Stamm was automatically populated and it is the same Stamm as is on her papers. Good luck!
