    Default Glucosamine (for humans)

With all the joint pain issues I experience I decided to give a glucosamine supplement a try.

I bought bottle of Jamieson brand and the directions are one 500 mg pill three times a day.

I am terrible at taking stuff more than once a day. I'm lucky I manage to remember to take my prescription medication daily lol.

Does it make enough of a difference that I should make more of an effort or are there any other brands/ formulations that are a once a day variety.

    Please share your experiences.

I take um....this stuff when I can remember and I think it helps. Two pills once a day. Easy enough. 1500 mg of glucosamine in that, plus 1210 mg of their "proprietary blend" that includes chondroitin, HA, MSM, collagen and some other stuff. It's cheap, too.

I take 2-1000 mg tablets of GNC Vegetarian Glucosamine (no Chondroitin) and 1000 mg of Rite-Aid Brand MSM every morning. With it I am mostly pain free, without it my right knee blows up and I can hardly walk.
