Default Aged Belgian WB - Servicably Sound in Northeast PA

Hi everyone. I have a 16.3h, 20yr old Belgian Wb that is looking for a forever home. He is servicably sound on no maintenance, but can only be used for flat work and low level dressage. He was a high level jumper in the past and his hocks just won't hold up to it any longer. He is would do best in a boarding situation as opposed to a home facility as he has separation anxiety issues. He is an angel if he is the one that is leaving, but doesn't like it if you take his friends out of the barn. Please email for more info.

Would he be suitable for beginner 4-H kids? I have a 4-H club and plenty of kids without horses. How far are you from 16928?
