    A furry one!

I have no idea what the pig in your picture is, but take a look at this CURLY COATED piggy:

Oh, and it looks like wild piggies are pretty furry:

Couple of possibilities: Lincolnshire Curly Coat, and the Mangalitsa.

Those curly ones are adorable! But I'm not sure it's either one of those - it doesn't look curly enough - just blond! I love pigs.

No info about the pig, but here's where the picture came from:

Looks like it's probably a pet piggy, so maybe a pot bellied pig? There are some furry pot bellied pigs shown on this page: http://www.ansi.okstate.edu/breeds/s...amesepotbelly/

It's clearly a tame pig. You'd never try that with a wild one!

It's a Kune Kune. Domestic and gentle, a bit smaller than the Vietnamese PB pigs.

I thought that might be a Kune Kune. I sold some heritage turkeys to a really nice guy, Christopher Rowley, who raises all kinds of animal cuteness - including Kune Kunes and he judges pygmy goat shows all over the US.

It has taken almost more self control than I have to resist the Kune Kunes.

Can you imagine if those curly pigs could come in sizes from five to eight lb adult weight??
OH my. I would have a dozen of them!

I saw that pic/story on drudgereport yesterday and thought that LEO must be pretty strong. Pigs weigh a lot more than they look, right? And look at those tusks (teeth)!!!

What do you bet the pig was hollering like a banshee too? Kinda like being next to a tile saw with no hearing protection.
