He he . I met Ruxton when I worked for the Cheskas a long time ago. He lived out in a field and would get ridden in, bareback, once in a while by Ellen VanDyke for a good snuggle and grooming. He loved it.

Wasn't Ruxton a WB? For some reason, I thought he was a Hanoverian cross. Georgeous animal!

Does anyone know if Charge A Count and Playing Games were TBs?

Charge A Count definitely was. I, too, thought Ruxton was a warmblood. Hmm.

    Ruxton was 1/2 tb.

It might be possible to get the registered names of the TBs if you knew the year of birth and dam. Equineline allows you to search with those parameters.

Ruxton was by Abundance, out of a big, rangey airplane eared TB mare named "Nobody Much", which is what she looked like. Ruxton had a couple of full siblings- the one that comes to mind was a grey mare named Jackie Blue.

Thanks for clarifying. I still remember watching him go and being mesmerized

Both Charge Account (Jenno Topping) and Playing Games (Clea Newman) were TBs.

Ruxton, Dillon, Weather Permitting, Rain Forest, Touch the Sun, Lyrical (remember that one?), etc.
