I believe that USEF does not award a "National Title" at the end of the year for Pony Hunter Breeding as they do with Hunter Breeding, only Regional. You can, however, find how many points a pony has compared to the rest of the ponies nationally by viewing "Leading Breeders" ( http://usef.org/_IFrames/pointsAward...HunterBreeding ) or "Leading Owners" ( http://usef.org/_IFrames/pointsAward...HunterBreeding ). This requires a little more legwork because you have to go through each Breeder/Owner and their ponies to see how many points each have, but it can be done. "Leading Sires" only shows those ponies who's sires are also registered USEF, so a pony who is doing well may not have points displayed for their sire because of this.
Pony hunter breeding is a Zone award. You can get to your zone's standings from the USEF website. After clicking on the "Points and Standings" tab, you can click the "zone" link instead of "national points". You'll see a colored map where you can click your zone and you'll get a page that lists the divisions for your particular zone. You can then click each division to see the standings.
