I went to the Fork, but they moved the XC to Sunday, which was a bummer. It was fun to see a mustang jump around stadium.

    Default Fork

It was a great 5 days of competition, beginning with the YEH comp. on Wed., as one has come to expect at the Fork.
The new ClC format with no jog and xc on Sunday just does not have the same intensity as years gone by.
New course was great, ran the opposite direction for the first tme since 2007.
The 3* rode well for the pairs that were prepped to be there, the new coffin complex early on caught quite a few riders, it required a very correct forward ride in and was set to invite the run out for the ClC, the Advanced had an easier more straight forward line.
As for MR's don't think the ambulance horse or human moved either xc day.

I'm burned out after an Olympic year. Been paying a lot less attention to the upper levels this spring. Also...I was outside all weekend

I took photos and video, but FB has been slow to upload. Once I get them up, I'll link here.

PS--I hate the no jog thing. Boo hiss! Love getting to watch the different jogging styles and how horses are presented differently.
Flip a coin. It's not what side lands that matters, but what side you were hoping for when the coin was still in the air.

You call it boxed wine. I call it carboardeaux.
