    Default Another Caturday, Another Cat-umentary

What is you cat doing Right Now?

Mine chose to go outside and get rained on. She has short thick fur, so she said it was no big deal. She isn't wet on her side of her fur. She is wet on my side of her fur.

I can't pet her, but she's right here with a huge purr on anyway.

Becky and Rachael are sitting on the floor at my feet, watching to see, no doubt, if I will head to the kitchen to feed them again.

Lily is in the living room, grooming herself.

    Leon and Gina are sleeping.

I'm in a temporarily cat-free zone........they've been fed and now all sleeping. Sleeping until I get up for a caffeine refill anyways.

Mine is curled up against my side with my right elbow resting on his hip. He's snoring.

Mine are all sleeping - one on my bed, one by the sliding glass back door, one on a cat tree, and I don't know where the other two are. They were terrorized earlier by the killer vacuum and haven't come out yet.

6 hours ago: Sleeping on my bed.

    Now: Same spot.

Camera crew had a life and went out, so there's some missing footage. Prolly something good happened then.

Next: The crew fed the cat dinner outside on the porch... but didn't want to stand out there getting wet to film.

Dylan is upstairs snoring in his bed by the living-room window. Earlier tonight, he was supervising as I started a new cross-stitch project.

Has anyone heard of the British TV show 'James May's Man Lab'? In the last episode, he did a cute piece on using neighborhood cats for local crime alerts. Silly, but also adorable.

Cat went out again to get wet in the rain. It's a crazy new trend.

    Then the camera crew quit.

Hopefully editors will create a compelling story from what we have. But you read it all, so maybe not.

Aren't you glad you watched this Cat-umentary?

Neighborhood cats for local crime alerts sounds much better.

Cat #1 waiting vainly by the food dishes in case something magically tasty appears versus the usual array of cat food.
Cat #2 asleep on the couch after harassing/playing w/ Cat #3 who's now sitting in the windowsill behind me bird watching.
Cat #4 (whom I brought home a few days ago out of pity, and am not sure what I'm going to do with) is still hiding under furniture in the closed-off bedroom.
