Default Turn Out and hock injections

quick question - after having hocks injected, do you keep your horse on stall rest for a few days?

nope. Have had one vet that preferred them to stay in overnight if they were done late in the day, my other vet (sporthorse vet who does a lot of injections) lets them go back out (as long as they are quiet) that day/night. He does have us give them a few days off/few days hacking before returning to full work.

No. I always want to keep joints moving. They will have 2-3 days off work and then be brought back in gradually with a couple sessions of hacking and long lining and then we'll get back to work.
