YAY! And then you must start a blog so we can live vicariously.

I love him! But I need another horse like a hole in my head.

Unless..... someone out there wants to have me foster him for a few months? I will do the training if someone can pay his food bill???

Ha, Meika, I see you were tempted enough to take a look at him! Glad I mentioned this post to you.

If anyone takes Meika up on her offer of fostering, I'm happy to help. I'm close to both Polestar and to SAFE. Someone go get this guy! PM me if there's anything I can do.

Wish I had the funds, that's an incredible offer.

What a generous offer! Would SAFE be open to footing his food / care costs if you are donating training? I could pitch in some (via SAFE to meet the boards rules).

He would be one lucky horse!

NEARCO in the 4th generation! I haven't seen that in 20 years. Funny thing is that I am not familiar at all off the top of my head with any horse in his 1st to generations, and I follow TB breeding pretty closely!

I would love to take this guy but alas, I am too far away for them to do the home visit.

If they'd adopt out on references and photos alone, I'd have transport lined up already. :-/

Not only is Nearco 4 generations back but Man O War is actually visible on the pedigree page; 5 generations!

I put in an application and would love to take Meika up on her offer. I guess there are a number of people that have applied though?

Good luck, Rainier! Let us know how it goes.

I'm not surprised there are multiple applications. He's pretty fabulous looking.
