Default Help Reading This Workout Report?

Hi! Someone here wonderfully suggested I look for a workout report as I was trying to find out more about my unraced TB, and I found it! Can anyone help me read what it's saying?

Basically, in November the horse worked three furlongs on a fast track in a time of 38:40 seconds, and was the third fastest work out of eight horses working that distance on that track that day.

Thanks very much! Any idea what track HPT is? He spent most of his life in KY, so I assume it's somewhere in the state.

High Point Farm and Training Center. So, not a public track, but a training center.

Generally unraced horses breeze every six days, any period or gap longer then 30 days usually means there was either a sickness or a soundness issue. A very extended layoff of usually a year or more usually means there was a serious issue, as in bowed tendon, or something similar or a very immature horse needing time to grow and mature. Most horses intending to run will have breezed a least 5/8th's of a mile from the gate, with the exception of two year olds which races generally kick off at about 1/2 mile, or even two furlongs in early spring!
    Forward is good

Thank you! That was really informative.
