considering that they found a whole ton of fish not being the species that it was labeled to be, I am sure it's a bit more than making the equipment pay for itself.
Seems like food fraud is very wide spread.
Up until now they only got caught if a pathogen impossible to get from the species on the label showed up, like many years ago the prime beef being kangaroo....
With a little luck it will have lasting effect of the positive kind on the food industry and the over all conscience about what we put in our mouths.
