    Default Me! Me!

If you buy it MHM, I'll take over one of the thoughtfully restored guesthouses (as long as I have access to a manicured pond! )

I've been drooling over this farm--more pictures here http://www.sothebysrealty.com/eng/sa...ville-va-20184
I'd happily live in that barn!

Want. That barn is gorgeous. What's the chance that my $20k bid will be the highest.

If I could buy it, I wouldn't be spreading the word to drive up the bidding!

I just posted the link on my FB page and invited all of my friends to chip in and buy it for me for my 40th birthday in a few days. Somehow I don't think that I'll be moving to Upperville anytime soon.

Okay, so I just checked and the monthly mortgage on a $10,000,000 property is about $45,000 a month - 30 years, 3.5%. (The calculator I used wouldn't let me go past 10 million bucks!)

    I don't think I can swing it.

Haha, I'll quit my 6 figure job and come muck stalls for whoever buys it just to live in one of the guest houses!

But it's up for auction with no reserve. So maybe you can get it for $5,000,000!

I'd be content to live in that darling little cottage and rent out the big house.
