    Default CL head shaker

    Here's the link.
    http://columbus.craigslist.org/grq/371986760.html

    Add shows a photo of a VERY thin horse--barely a 2.
    Text reads:
I need a steady supply of alfalfa square bales for a minimun of 3 months. Must be high quality and in the Columbus area I'm not going to drive over an hour to pick up hay. I can load and pick up myself. I can fit 25 bales in my truck. (here's the best part!) I need the hay ASAP my horse dropped over 300 pounds this winter and I need to get him back up to weight. Callxxxxxxxxx

I am missing the horribleness here other than the horse got thin and some how the owner is slow on picking up on that (who knows why).

They are not asking for free hay that I can see.

Oh my. That poor thing got very skinny. As bad as the emaciated mare with twins.
OK, I take back what I said. Glad the owner is looking for good food but geez, they clearly should have started sooner.

I sure hope there is a reasonable story behind this...

I'm in Columbus, I have no hay unfortunately, but I could definitely help. Not sure how to get a hold of the person since the ad is gone.

You can buy alfalfa pellets ANYWHERE. "No hay" is "no excuse"!

I'm assuming that you're not aiming that at me, ReSomething, but if so what I meant by not having hay is that I board and don't own any hay but I'm willing to help out this horse by way of money.
