Default Can someone explain the Z Level dressage points?

I understand what Z Level dressage is in Holland, but I'm getting confused on what the "points" mean. I see one horses listed as competing three times in 3rd level dressage (Z level) with 203 points and then the next horse is advertised as having 18 winning points at Z1 Level. Can someone explain it to me?

203 points is the score for the test itself, much like we do here, but not converted to percentages.
The 18 points would be "winstpunten". Each time you score over 60% you get a point. By 10 points you are allowed to move up a level, by 30 points you have to move up. If you score over 65%, you get 2points, over 70% you score 3 points.
    Hope that makes sense

Also, Z1 is not 3rd level, its more like 2nd. It doesnt have flying changes. Z2 is more like 3rd.
