Well, that, but more so she needs it to stay in the frame for the international team. Katie Dinan is closing very fast.

It's great to see Beezie & Simon looking like a team. I think they're gonna be dangerous this year! (In a good way.)

Have you looked at the Rolex/USEF Show Jumping Ranking List? As much of a fan as I am of Katie's, she moved down in the latest ranking while Reed stayed in the same place.

Anyone else just not that impressed with the band? Taylor Swift is one thing... But trying to un-pop-ify a Britney Spears song doesn't sound good.

I think you're seeing the sand fly upon landing. The jump judge will very obviously wave a flag when they actually land in the water.

Well, yeah, but I think Katie had a better WEF overall. She put down some VERY attention-getting trips earlier in the circuit & maybe lost a bit of form toward the end, and Reed seemed like she was consistently in the mix but never quite got *there*. Just my perception though!

A lot of people landed in it early in the class. The jump judge tonight actually has a big red blinking light thingie that he holds up! The lighting does make the sand very deceptive tonight however.

I mean, the lead girl's dance moms are stellar.

I think your right. I saw like 4 in a row land in it and then when I see the sand fly it always looks like the jump judge reaches over for something, thought he was signalling! I was thinking darn that must be trickier than I'm seeing! Thanks!

So much auto-tune! Make it stop! More riding and less odd gyrating, please.
