Default Canadian eventers -- myler bit legal?

Horse goes in a loose ring level 1 snaffle that rotates.
The way I read the rules and diagrams, its legal. Can anyone confirm?

It used to be legal in straight dressage but not eventing, but that may have changed... be sure to check the diameter, a lot of mylers are too thin for either

Isnt the copper inlay that is common in mylers also illegal for eventing? Is that still considered 'mixed metal' or would it be ok?

I've competed in one with no issues. The mixed metal is not an issue, I had one tack check give me grief about it once (luckily I had the rulebook and was able to show it was permitted) but never since. I dont believe they even list anything in regards to diameter of mouthpiece anymore- just that your bit rings can't exceed 8cm in diameter.
