    Default New equestrian line!

It's not SO new because Katie Price has been working on this for a couple of years I'm pretty sure, but now she has the whole SHE-BANG. THERE IS SO MUCH PINK. I'm sort of gulity about wanting those pink riding boots to school, but my trainers would die AND/OR kill me.

Now if someone would just come out with traditional black field boots lined with hot pink so I can be naughty in the hunter ring without the judge seeing it: THAT would be awesome!!! Ha ha. Oh to be in the UK I guess.

I actually love this one and know someone who has something similar and it looks great with a little bit of flash but I would certainly NOT wear it in anything traditional thats for sure! Maybe the jumper ring!

Jacket is MUCH too short for my liking. If it looks bad on the 'model', it's gonna look REALLY bad on a "normal" person.

Sometimes I wish pink and sparkles was much more acceptable.

Me too. I like a little bling and some hot pink but I have to suppress that in the hunter ring.

    Yes. It was horrendously frightening.

I think the pictures are very hard to see any detail on. Kinda bad lighting. Maybe they should spend less time on the models er...makeup...and more time on getting quality product shots.

Horrid, just absolutely horrid! I'm a 15 year old girl and even I don't like this! It's trashy.

Um..in a sick sort of way, I kinda like the black coat with pink trim. Of course I wouldn't wear it, but I like it.

How to date your wardrobe, and tack!!

Honestly, I am not a big fan of the color pink, and I think it looks hideous on just about any color of horse!

I am not yet 35 and I feel old and grumpy about the subject! “I remember when horse stuff NEVER came in pink!’

Just the other day, I was talking to an old friend. We had been working students together in an eventing barn in the early 1990’s. She is out of horses now, but mentioned that from afar it appears that so much has changed.

I agreed, that a lot has changed and said “they even sell horse stuff in PINK now! Saddle pads, halters, gallop boots, you name it!” – Friend, “No way! PINK! Really?” Me – “Yep, even adults sporting tons of pink, you will see horses out on cross country – with pink everywhere” Friend – “Gross”

Well I'm glad the elephant in the room is finally being discussed. All that stuff looks cheap and tacky - especially the people modeling it ;-) Even the model horses were kinda scruffy and sad looking.

I would love to be the kind of person who would rock some red patent leather riding boots...

It's like Paris Hilton meets Snooky - I kinda feel like the gear should be on a VH1 reality show.

Yeah, those boots looked pretty cheap! I also admit I kind of like the black with pink trim idea, but would never wear it. Especially since I have all geldings now.
