    Default Regrowing mane

My horse has a lovely bald spot where his blanket sits and rubbed his mane out...very attractive. Now that blanket season is ending (although the weather in NJ doesn't seem to have gotten the memo) I'm trying to help it grow back. I've been using MTG which I've always heard works but it doesn't seem to be helping and it's leaving weird white residue that looks like dandruff. Anyone have any other tips?? Thanks!!

Not much you can do to make hair grow faster, unfortunately. The MTG does help, but that residue appears if you leave it covered up. My suggestion would be pull the rest of the mane short to cover up and use a neck sleezy next year

Same issue with my guy, he's missing about 6 inches 1/3 of the way up the mane thanks to a neck blanket. I'm trying to have a good attitude about it, just waiting on it to regrow and laughing about how quick mane pulling is when you've got 6 less inches to pull.
