    Thumbs up JustRiding.com Brilliant Service

Hi Guys my name is Maria Forbes-Hyatt

I had a wonderful experience when purchasing my new Animo show jacket from justriding recently. The staff were very, very helpful and the end price was also pretty decent as well.

I don’t work for nor am I affiliated with them; I'm just a loyal customer and feel that in light of recent forum bashings credit where credit is due right?

I ride semi professionally in the UK and buy way to much equestrian stuff! I tend to stick to one store when I find a good one and they have been pretty faultless for me. I’m not a complete puppet and so I would say that in my experience it’s hard to please all of your customers all the time but it’s just worked well for me.

Just for the heck of it--reported!

Bearcat, you get the sleuthing award. When will they learn?

Except inasmuch as you are "good friends" with the company's owner. A friendship that apparently pre-dates the company being launched.

My god, is there anyone with a SHRED of HONESTY associated with this company?

My unofficial guess is that this one is NOT an alter. It's exactly as her facebook appears-- a close personal friend of the company's owner. The company has now come on here with 2 alters, pretending to be a neutral person, AND come on admitting to be the company and has been banned on all 3 names. So now the owner is asking her friends to come in and post. Still really dishonest to pretend to be disinterested and not biased by friendship, but my guess is that this is not another alter.

Talk about a crazy company no one should do business with. The behavior on this board seals the deal!

WOW!! I will never buy from there just based on the FB post!!! Gees, I've worked in the UK and never experienced such anti-Americanism there (to my face)!! The biz owner may be a great person, but she's a poor businesswoman.

In the US, it is considered exceptionally poor form to bash your customer for any reason. The same is true whether you are doing the bashing or allowing others to do it on your behalf. If this person wants to stay in business, she should shut up already and encourage her friends and house guests to do the same.

My God, the results a google search will bring up cannot be good. Continuing this will only make it much, much worse. Their best hope is that this thread gets locked quickly.

Love that there was an IP match on the banned parties in the last thread!

I bet thousands of people will see that thread and choose never to buy from JustRiding.

Does anyone else find it curious that this alter's FB photos are of a horse being ridden in the American hunter style?

If someone's houseguest is now making MULTIPLE face facebook accounts-- this gets the award for greatest houseguest EVER.

So when was THIS facebook account created? Today?! I'm not on facebook...
