    Default The Update

SO read all the responses and looked like - he's a smart guy, so he called our builder, who connected us to our installer (I had the name wrong, so that's why I thought they were out of biz). Guy came out Saturday, made some adjustments, greased everything, and the door closes all the way now. Cost us a little over $100 plus we got a free hammer! (Not really, guy left his hammer and I'm going to call him to let him know.) Considering it costs a hundred bucks to get anyone to step foot on the place (vet, appliance repair, etc.), I thought it was pretty darn reasonable. And no need to call 911 or hose blood out of the barn...yippee!

Hooray! Great update, OP. Glad everything is fixed and I agree, $100 is a steal of a deal!

    Default Suggestion!!

I think you should try an alternative like you can replace the rubber on the bottom with a thicker one, which would definitely help you!!
I hope my suggestion would help you a bit!!
