CANTER cutie?
One of my students is interested in this mare, as a LL event prospect, opinions?
http://www.canterusa.org/index.php?o...are&Itemid=283
She is a bit fine boned but not overly bulky up top so I'm not overly tweaked about that especially as she appears very clean-legged (and both my Intermediate horses have been of the super sound 'gazelle' phenotype). stifle seems reasonably low, shoulder nice, decent neckset. Gaskin a touch short/coffins a bit long..... Do her angles behind look ok? I feel like she's so muscled behind it is throwing me off......
Interesting pedigree.

I really like the look of her!! The only part I don't like is the "her" part, haha!!

I was browsing the various CANTER sites the other day and happened across her...I think she's absolutely lovely! Her angles look fine to me, and I think she's just gorgeous!

Lovely flashy little filly. I think what makes her hind end look a bit odd in the photo is her relative lack of quadriceps development, which is common. That will fill in rapidly with regular under-saddle training.

I've come across this girl before as well, and I have to agree that I think she is lovely and adorable! She's definitely petite but her confo looks pretty nice to me and she is quite flashy.
Definitely take a look at her! I'm surprised this filly is still available.

Very cute and love her pedigree. I don't personally prefer the fine ones, but she looks well balanced and I don't see any issues that would turn me away
OTTBs rule, but spots are good too!

Love her! Overall, nice correct conformation; pleasing and proportionate. Super cute markings, too. I'd be on the phone with someone tonight about an setting up an appointment to meet her

Super nice girl. And if she's sound after 33 starts that's even more reason to like her.

As soon as I started reading the OP, I figured this was the girl being talked about! I think she is quite nice overall, and certainly as a LL prospect.
