Lightbulb Breeches for people with small thighs?

I have really small, tiny legs, but very long. My inseam in jeans is a 36"... I have trouble finding breeches.

I just tried on a pair of 26L Pikeurs and the Waist and length was PERFECT! But they were SO baggy in my thighs.
Anyone else have this problem? :3

I have very long legs, but fairly muscular thighs, so I basically have the opposite problem. Based on how poorly they fit me, you might want to try Rompfh and Equine Couture. On me, those are basically painted on in the thighs and then the waist is about 17 sizes too big, lol. I think they would fit someone with very thin thighs pretty well, especially if you are also fairly straight through the waist/hips.
