Default Leather work on saddles: Who's the best?

I am looking to have the flaps shortened on a Stubben I recently acquired. Who do you suggest I ask to work on it?

Not sure where you are, but Beval is always a good option.

I had East Crow Saddlery replace the seat foam on a dressage saddle a couple of years ago. Hard to find someone who does that and she did a beautiful job. I don't have her contact information handy, but you could google her. Reasonably priced too. If she does not do what you are looking for perhaps she can recommend someone.

Smith Worthington Saddlery does a lovely job and could probably handle this.

I had Patty at East Crow Saddlery remove my blocks and replace them with velcro. She did beautiful work.

If you're West Coast, go with Shamss at Sport Saddle Service. He worked for Devoucoux in Paris for 12 years, and does gorgeous work. He's located in Northern CA. http://www.sportsaddleservice.com/testimonials.html
