Doesn't a COTHer own Chianto? I feel like I remember that from when he was on the cover of Practical Horseman...
Kenike, I like the mare more than I liked Shutterfly too - which is tough because I was a huge fan of him!!

To the jump-off we go!
I can't say I like Bella Donna better than Shutterfly, but she is obviously a horse of freakish athleticism- that stretch into the last combination was really impressive.

I concur.
And I have to wonder if he would have had that (very costly) time fault if he had spent less time being enthusiastic around the course.

Supershorty, I was a huge fan of him, too! I always liked how he looked deceiving easier than he was said to be. But he always looked so much fun, too. With a jump that was just... *happy sigh*
But this mare? :wow:

Does the Lambourghuini fence look a lot smaller than the rest to anyone else?
N/M, I think it was just the one angle. From behind it's very clearly NOT small.

You know, for just two in it... this is going to be a hell of a jump off.

I don't think you can compare the two of them. They only thing similar is the rider. Belladonna is pure power.

Did anyone else hear them say that there's going to be a million dollar class in Ocala next year and if the same horse/rider combination wins Thermal, Ocala, and Saugerties, s/he gets a $7 million bonus?!?

HOLY WHAT?!
Wow.
Who's putting up the cash (HITS or another sponsor?) That is super cool. Granted, the odds of that happening are slim, but it's still cool to have it on the table.

Yes! If somebody actually wins the bonus, I would expect a huge retirement party that night!
