My BOT mesh sheet is absolutely embedded with hair now that its shedding season. Before I put it in the washer I want to get as much hair off as possible, but I can't figure out the best way to do it. Brushing it does nothing, I seem to be reduced to plucking big clumps out. Anyone have a better method?
After my one experience I vowed never to put it on a shedding horse again
A stiff dandy and a leaf blower helped get the worst off for me, but for the multitude of hairs that wove themselves into the fabric, I had to resort to using tape to lift them. One of those pet hair rollers would have come in handy.
Ask yourself: "Can I do anything about this?"
If you can, do it. If you can't... then you can't and leave it at that. Worrying achieves nothing but stress.
