    Nope, never enforced. There are trucks leaving the numerous dealer lots every day for Mexico or Canada. Nobody bats an eye.

    The images I get from your post make me so sad. As someone that keeps horses for life, I have a hard time accepting the "slaughter disposal" of any horse.

    I'm glad a couple made it, really too bad about the other tb.
