Default Ace Bandages for Braided Tail

Have to get a new Ace bandage for the pony's tail braid. What do you all prefer, the old-school non-self sticking kind or the new self-sticking kind? May as well get the best one if I have to get a new one.

non self sticking, cheap from the drugstore. They will rip, get dirty, nasty, it's okay when its cheap. That's why I don't understand the equifit tail wraps that are so expensive.

Braider here. What others said, not self sticking. Those are awful.

Please make sure it's long enough. If we hang a fake and braid the tail, we put the fake up to protect it from being stepped on when dobbin gets up from a nap, and to keep shavings out of it. Nothing is worse than a too short tail wrap and either trying to make do, or digging around for a polo or something else. We don't want our work ruined. If you can only find short wraps...leave two.

If no fake, we just need to wrap the braid, so less of an issue.
