Default Horse Rescue at risk in North Carolina

A local horse rescue in North Carolina is being challenged in a politically charged investigation in their area. Read the attached article and view the pictures that are included. There is obvious evidence of abuse and the county has closed their case already. We need to stand behind Horse Helpers and see that something is done.

I don't join lynch mobs, and I certainly don't join them based on a single article in an article and a couple of photos - especially after reading the frothy comments.

If there is abuse going on - it appears there is an educated, informed ACO who will step in if necessary. Work with that person to investigate claims of abuse or neglect.
