    Default Straw question

I just bought a horse this winter that was a stallion for 8 years. He was gelded because he did not behave and was becoming dangerous. He is an awesome gelding! My questions is, I just found out the former owner has several straws on him. If she uses them, what is my responsibility as the current owner? Would I need to sign any of the breeding reports (AQHA) since I am the current owner of the horse?

I have zero interest in breeding and no interest in the straws. I am not sure if she will even use them but just wondered what happens in situations like this.

I think that AQHA (and APHA) have different rules to the warmblood registries about frozen semen. You'd have to check with them. (Sorry that's not more helpful)
