Default GOOD NEWS Re. the Pony! Oh happy day!!

So the vet just called re. the PPE, pony did super! Said he was a really nice guy, and will be totally suitable for eventing. Plus my dad is coming back from Winnepeg and just let us know he picked up a horse trailer on the way!! So I'm pretty much on cloud nine right now, just wanted to thank you guys a bunch for all your help and input!! So glad I found this forum

Sooo cool! I think you will have a total blast with that pony. He is very cool looking in the video (forward and brave)---just what you want in an event horse. Have fun!

I didn't comment on your last posting but I loved that guy! Once he fills out and isn't as babyish he will be a stunner. And would make a super cute hunter pony if he doesn't want to event!

Honestly, if he wants to be a hunter I don't mind one bit. I think he'll be super fun to bring along any way he goes! Thanks everyone so much for all the support!

I am so happy for you! Grew up riding Connemara's and they are a blast.
Ok, being all girly now, are you keeping his name? Is that what you will show him under? And oh my , what will his eventing colors be?

^Well, IIRC one link to photo/vid was titled Artisan, but at least one said Artemis. I hope Artisan is right because Artemis is a female's name (Goddess) and this is a gelding. But I like Artisan!

Yes it's Artisan! I think I'll keep the name, though I'm not terribly fond of 'Art' as a barn name cross country colours are yet to be figured out! Thankfully most colours go with grey, so shouldn't be too difficult

I've been following the threads, and I was hoping you'd pick the pony. I'm biased though - I just bought one that could be his twin sister. Lady Calapeen Sparrow comes home in a week, I'm so excited! Good look with yours!
