Default Pony Prelim Videos of xc from Rocking Horse 2 and 3

Forrest Nymph (Farrah) and Lauren DeNeve rocking the prelim! RH 2 they finished 3rd and RH 3 they won . Best is they are qualified for a CCI*!!!! We are headed to the April Ocala Event if all goes ok for the pony and the EHV-1 that is in Ocala.

Farrah is a new forest pony, also branded ISR Old Sport Pony.

Thanks! It is a shame the videographer missed 2 jumps on the first XC and for RH 3, the first 4 jumps are not filmed, and the last jump is also not on the video.

Very very nice! What an adorable pony, and well-matched pair!

Can I ask how tall both pony and rider are?

Farrah sticks at 14.3, maybe a hair under that. Lauren is maybe 5'7 or 5'8? A shorter rider would probably look aesthetically better, but Lauren and Farrah get along so well that it doesn't bother me. I rode Farrah thru training level and I am 5'3, but Farrah takes up so little leg that I felt like my knees could touch! I have a 13.3 hander that is wide, and takes up your leg so well that she feels bigger than Farrah.

Farrah has horse strides, though, no problem making the strides in SJ or on the xc course, so she feels like a horse in that regard. Drops are a little exciting with no neck in front of you!

    I love that pony's gallop!

Lauren gives her such a great ride, I never even gave her height (Lauren's) a thought.

Oh, i though someone said she was 14.2. Great job at RH!! Really had hoped to get our pony there, sigh. Hoping the EHV-1 gets resolved so Ocala happens. Trying to get ready for Bromont CCI!

I think with her shoes on she is over 14.2. Bromont looks like fun but damn that is far away!

Yeah, Mopar measures exactly 14.1 1/2 but the extra height with shoes, makes him 14.2. He has a permant usef card at 14.1.5, but he sure doesnt move like it either!! Bromont vs. florida......cool vs. hot!! Lol... Doing first prelim soon. Cant wait. May bump him up at Poplar...will see.

That's awesome! They are so cute!

I'm trying to sell my horse that is 15"2 and I have soooo many people tell me that they love her but they'd look too big on her. Who cares?? It's eventing!

I also don't care about exact measurements, 14.2 / 14.3 it's all bite sized to me and all the more adorable!
