    Sad

But it does not say that nobody will be prosecuted, just that they are investigating.

    Do youhave an update?

I just looked at the link and an update indicates they have someone in custody no will be charged with arson and animal cruelty.

Sometimes you need evidence and just 'knowing' who did it is just not enough.

Police are seeking 10 charges of cruelty to animals and two counts of arson against a suspect arrested in connection with a barn fire Wednesday morning off Lippincott Road that killed 10 horses.

Seems like the OP jumped the gun a little.

The article says the suspect is a juvenile. Sad that a kid would burn up a bunch of horses...

The horse killer is a 16 year old male, alcoholic and violent when not given his way. People who know this darling boy speak very poorly of him and his parents.

Evil is evil...being of tender years and, of course, a victim of something and not responsible, with luck it'll be a judge's family next facing his wrath--perhaps that's what it'll take to remove him from the genepool.

I was not trying to say that because he is a minor he is not at fault. I was just saying it is sad that a minor would even think to do this. Sounds like this guy has a history of being a jerk.

So what's with the 2 previous fires- was it all this same kid who kept coming back?
