I could make this into an event pony right??
So maybe it's my early years of doing the Paint Circuit, or just be bored looking out and seeing SO much brown in my field... but I want this pony SO badly!!!

Just imagine without the western saddle and in front of a mini log! I'm really short.. I think I could get away with it. My OTTBs would be so offended!

*squeeeeel* it's so cuddly I could die!
I need something cute to love on and put bows in it's hair. My mini donk just doesn't appreciate being doted on.

Wow! That's awesome.
I contacted the seller and I was hoping she'd be more flexible on the price.. not so much. I even asked her if she wanted to trade my event mare that's going to be a solid training, if not prelim packer. No such luck! hahaha

Yep! I love your taste in horses! I would never be able to pick out horses off Craigslist like you do and actually make them into something. You have quite the eye for picking out diamonds in the rough!

I have her doppelgnger. We ended up with a paint pony to even out our herd of OTTBs. He's not terribly athletic but is very sweet and willing. We're aiming for a BN debut this fall!

Oh so cute!
I wouldn't even care about being super athletic, I just like to putz around at the lower levels anyway. I just want to have fun and see some color. I started out riding western and we didn't ride ponies, I've never really ridden a pony more than a few catch rides. I was a deprived little child. haha

I LOVE the pony, super cute. Granted, I'm partial to coloured horses now
Since we're sharing (even though I have my own "OMG I love my horse" thread that's pretty recent) I'll post a new jump photo of my PMU paint mix. We're going to turn him into an eventer!

Thanks! I've been lucky so far. And by lucky, sometimes I mean incredibly stubborn and tenacious in teaching/convincing said CL ponies that they DO want to be eventers.
Well, not Brandy. She was born to event. (She's not a cute paint pony, but I love to brag on her!!)
B right after she came home, bought off CL, of course:

So cute! So I have to play...while I don't think he would measure a pony (never sticked him) he is short and colorful.

I think the guy you posted is adorable. If he has an amazing brain then he maybe worth every penny they want. That maybe why the don't want to haggle much. I paid more for the boy above then that and he was just a trail horse but his brain was worth every penny!
