Question taste test - TC senior v. Fibergized

trying to find something more palatable for my senior mare than the TC senior she's on. thinking of Fibergized. any thoughts on that? do horses seem to like it? i remember few years ago one of the boarders at the barn i was at fed it to her two horses. it smelled good they ate it but i thought TC senior smelled pretty good, too, but while my mare eats it, she's not in love with it.

and the reason for wanting her to love her grain is b/c there are some meds and supplements she's on the administration of which is really only possible mixed into her grain.

I have fed both and my gelding gobbles up both. I do think the Fibregized smells "fruitier". See if you can get a sample and see how she likes it. I'm pretty sure if you contact a feed rep they will send you a free sample.

My picky new mare seems to like TC Complete better than TC Senior and Fibergized Omega

I've yet to have a horse turn its nose up to Fibergized/Fibergized Omega. TC Senior is decent stuff, but the Fibergized definitely smells yummier to me and I think the texture seems more palatable, as well.

    Default thanks everyone!

we'll give it a shot. i'll just get one bag. i can't imagine her rejecting it entirely, so it shouldn't be a waste of $ even if it doesn't work 100% for our purpose.

my horse thinks fibergized is amazing. He gets a small scoop of it mixed with his supplements and added to his normal grain. I like it because it is also sticky so his supplements stick really well.
