I've experienced this, my heart goes out to those people. I have never seen a more terrifying sight than a barn fire, and still feel sick remembering it and thinking my horse was in there burning. He had jumped out and was in the paddocks but I thought he was dead. Only that morning we had trailered a mare and foal over to the vet clinic and left them there along with out trailer or they would have been dead and the trailer destroyed. We lost everything else but that was just stuff, inconvenient and expensive as it was.
That was arson too and they never arrested anyone.
I know some of my friends in the US are having awful weather right now, what is it like where this barn is?
this is very scary---and only 30 miles from me, tho i am not familiar with this stable.
it's cloudy and damp, around 30degrees i think. should warm up in the enxt couple of days too, so it will be muddy and sloppy everywhere.
i'm moving and have a ton of stuff to unload, guess i'll give them a call and see what they can use.
