Default Back to basics after knee replacement....

I realized that years of pain from my bone on bone knee had severely compromised my riding ability. I had my knee replaced and worked on my two point for a couple of months. When I began to think my leg was strong enough to get back to showing, I realized how many things I had gotten in the habit of doing wrong. And though I realized it, I need a good ground man to help me relearn doing it right. Has anyone else had this "Aha moment" after years of compromised riding?

I had one about 2 weeks ago! Changed my foot/ankle position and stirrups and it has completely changed how stable and balanced I am over fences. Now I just have to practice doing it all the time and not falling back into bad habits.
