Default What Professional Sport allows men and women to compete for the same prices....

That sport commentator needs a lesson in sports....

Drooling over Danica Patric and her pole position....

Oh...Equestriennes have been beating the pants off the guys for decades now....

    Sheesh, guys!

Yes but do they get all seductive and super sexy inGodaddy ads so the menfolk can get an eyefull while not feeling their peepees are threatened?

    LOL....
she wasn't the first driver, but I guess her looks made the guys with the means put her in the machines to enable her to win.

Not knocking the woman, you do what you gotta do....

But the sports caster should know his job...

Oh, right... riding is so much less athletic than driving a car!

I hears way too many rumblings from sources in Daytona not to doubt the legitimacy of that pole.

In any case, yeah, the media falling all over Danica is old. If it was just because she's a good driver, that would be one thing, but that's not it. Better IndyCar drivers than she have come to NASCAR and not gotten near the hype. And honestly, the fawning isn't journalism, no matter if the audience wants it or not. Journalism is fair and balanced... yet the respected journalists in the sport continue to fall all over her. And good ones, like me, can't find work. Maybe if I put on a bikini and sprawl over top of a race car....
