Your mare is just gorgeous!!! Why did you wait so long to breed her?

Our first foal of the year was born last Thursday, March 28. By Rubignon and out of Sarenia O/Zeoliet, "Iken" is a big healthy bay colt with a little chrome. Had a few problems delivering, but after we repositioned his head, he popper out quickly. Mom and baby are doing great. You can see him at: https://www.facebook.com/mistymeadow....5?ref=tn_tnmn

    Hi Foxcreek!
Nancy would have been so proud of that filly! Congratulations! Would love to see pictures of her as she grows..

    Hello Rose,

You brought tears to my eyes. Yes I thought the same thing when she was born. I wish Nancy could see her. Maybe she does......I hope she does.

Naiana finally foaled!! I stopped after my classes yesterday to tell her to just have the kid already and she finally obliged =D Sadly, it's not the filly I was hoping for, but he's still marked out the wazoo so I'm very happy! Hopefully I'll be able to buy him next year =)

    April 2, 2013 Chestnut Colt
dominant white and maybe sabino?? Has some cool markings for sure! Not as "frosty" as the first colt, but he's awesome nonetheless!

I'll be stopping by to get pictures of him whenever I go to town for class. This was sent to me by the head of the Equine Department this morning, just a few hours old =)

New pony colt for us--just hours old here. Sired by Wildwych Eclipse and out of Glenormiston Amelia. This is Amelia's 8th purebred Connemara Pony foal. We think he is black or possibly very dark seal brown and not grey. He has white eyelashes over one eye--but no other signs of grey anywhere.

Hmph! Now I'm getting a bit pouty about my dominant white mare not giving her colour. That is EXACTLY what I ordered from her. Next time...next time...

That black pony foal with the white eyelashes is stunning. There's no way I could stop at one - I'd become some sort of mad horder woman if I bred ponies!

    Born 1st of April:
Dark bay colt by Demirel (Dimaggio - Hillhawk http://www.ferienhof-stuecker.de/ind...u=detail&id=43 ) out of SPS Flaminia by Florencio - Prince Thatch xx - Lysander.
A very very typey and pretty colt, good size, great shoulder, long withers, long legged.
At age of 12 hours he was already moving in an uphill way. This leaves great expectations for the next days until he unfolds his long legs !
I wanted to breed the mare back to Benetton Dream for a fourth foal of that combination, but this foal seems to be much better that his already great hafbrother and -sisters. So I may breed back to Demirel !

I am very happy and hope that this one will finally stay in Germany as a stallion prospect, so that I can see him later on.

I am always very down to earth with my evaluations of my own foals, but this one seems to be special sofar !

Default Rotspon/Don Principe and Sir Donnerhall/Don Principe

Dark bay colt with two stockings and large star born March 30 by Rotspon out of EMC Divine Dream MF(Don Principe/Falconet). Realy nice colt with a strong and uphill canter and "Marilyn Monroe" walk.
Black filly with star, strip, snip and three socks. Born April 2 to an ET surrogate mare, "Po". Out of EMC Duet MF (DonPrincipe/EM Rotina/Rotspon). Stilts for legs LOL! Poor Po, to carry that large a foal when she herself is so "normal" size. Still has to unfold.
The birth of these two foals will make their dams Elite Mares with the American Hanoverian Society.
