I'll be the first one to start
Here is the first 2013 foal by our stallion, Richard. This is "Ituzaingo" by Richard out of Riches In Glory. He will be registered KWPN and was bred/owned by Bridlebourne Stables www.bridlebourne.com He is a day old in these photos.
For comparison, also attached is a recent photo of his full sister, born in 2011.

I have had three foals this season, two from Hanoverian mares and one from a TB.
I am very happy with them all, especially the black filly from the TB mare, she is a delight.
So here goes:
Timbermill Fifth Avenue
Liver chestnut Hanoverian colt by Furst Nymphenberg
Timbermill Prequel
Bay Hanoverian colt by Prestige VDL
This colt is from my Dominant White Hanoverian mare - I'd love to start a thread on her but fear it maybe considered advertising.
Timbermill Zeta
Black filly by Donnerubin

All of them are just stunning and you're right, that Black filly seems to have "that little something extra".

We had TWO black fillies fifteen minutes apart on 2/16/13. The first was a Presidio - Graf Genius and the second was a Presidio - Singular Joter. Both are cute and sooo sweet.

We had a colt last Sunday morning, Feb 17th, 4:05AM. Dark bay with a BIG star. One of the first foals for his sire Rallying Cry, dam is Jillybell, by Peterhof.
There are many and varied political factions among the owners. Suggested names so far include "Give Me Liberty" and "Yes We Can." Both rallying cries....I try not to get too involved in the naming because we have had huge fights in the past. LOL.
Little guy has an ATTITUDE. Pinned ears at me today.

Kerole, you must be trilled with your three this year. They are all lovely.
I am so happy to get a foal from Riou. I had been trying for the last two years to get this Licotus from her. So pleased!

Our first foal by our stallion, Tiz Brian. This is Polly's 3rd baby. We have two more foals due this year, all by Tiz Brian. The next foal should be born any day now, and the last one will be in May.
They are all full TBs bred to race (and then to do dressage or jumpers or eventing afterwards!).

Thanks MaryLou, yep, I am pretty chuffed with this year's lot! I am taking the black filly to a show at the end of March - I'm hoping all that brown fluff is gone by then!

Oh how I wish he was a filly! Breeding him/her is likely to produce color in between his and his dam's.
